The blackberry is a wonderful product, but to get the full benifit you need BES, (Blackberry Enterprise Server).  BES not only pushes mail to your blackberry but syncs the calendar over the air.  Unfortunately using BES is expsensive.

The disadvantage of using the standard Blackberry Internet Service is that you need to connect your blackberry to a computer running outlook and let Blackberry Deskop run the sync.  Well there is another way, and it's simple...  Google Calendar!

• If you've not got one already, register an account with Google.
• Login to Google Calendar (www.google.com/calendar)
• Download the Google sync app to your blackberry.  (http://m.google.com/sync from your blackberry)
• Download the Goolge sync app to your PC running Outlook. (click on sync top right of the screen when logged in to Google Calendar.
• Configure both Sync apps with your google account.  Done!
